I’m Wendy Marquard-Picard, the proud owner of Wendy’s Clutter Coaches. I look forward to sharing my story. I hope that you will enjoy getting to know me better.

Right from a young age, I always enjoy helping around the house and tidying my room. As an adult, I became a certified life coach and saw a need for my clients to not only set goals and get their lives in order but also to organize their homes and offices. By this point, I had already been assisting friends and family with organizing their closets, kitchens, and garages and enjoyed it. So, in 2013, I decided to make a career out of doing what I love.

Initially, I started small, taking on utility rooms, pantries, and bathrooms. Today, we offer over twenty various services, from general organizing to packing and staging. We recognize that every client is different. From busy families, seniors looking to downsize to clients with disabilities, we assist them all in creating a calming, functional space.

The part of my business that I undoubtedly most enjoy is the moment when my clients see the end result and are amazed and happy. I especially love the hugs as it’s a human aspect!

My philosophy is to genuinely understand my clients’ needs so I can design an organizing system that works for them. In the end, it’s more than just creating a pretty picture for social media. It is about offering essential organization that ensures wellbeing.

As an individual, I believe what sets me apart from others is I built this business out of love, hard work, and respect; and my team and I carry that over into every project.

I attribute my success to the fact I love what I do, along with our reputation as trustworthy professional organizers who are the best in the business.

Six months into starting this company, I looked at our calendar and realized that we were booked solid for the next four weeks. Eight years later, and we’re still going strong, this achievement indeed has given me immense satisfaction over the years.

When I am not at work, I love to spend time with my family and our two dogs, just hanging in our beautiful backyard. I garden early every morning before I see clients, as this is another passion of mine. I also raise Monarch butterflies in my yard. Apart from these activities at home, my husband and I love to travel whenever we can.

I also believe in giving back to society and, as part of that belief, raise awareness and finances about children with disabilities. This is a cause close to my heart. My husband was electrocuted many years ago and lost his right arm and half of his left arm. He’s a fantastic triathlete who dedicates each race to a child with disabilities and raises money for various organizations.

I have enjoyed sharing my story about the things which matter to me and how they influence the way I do business.
